Möller’s Dobbel – Fish Oil Capsules

This could be the reason all of the men and women in Scandinavia are so healthy, radiant and tall! Now if only it could make my hair the same shade of blond… then this would be a perfect product!

When you live in the Nordic countries you learn about the importance of taking your “tran”. That´s cod liver oil, and a real Norwegian is likely to take this oil in a spoon over the sink, which smells and tastes awful. But when you´ve been taking tran since you were 6 weeks old, this isn´t so difficult for you.

I, however, cannot do that. But I want the benefits of taking tran, so I found a product that delivers it to me in capsule form. Möller’s Dobbel delivers it all and is one of the more cost-effective tran capsules sold in the Norwegian stores.

This is more than just a whopping daily dose of Omega 3´s. This includes vitamins A, D and E. And as I´ve seen on Oprah in her health programmes so many times now, we need more Vitamin D! Women in particular are chronically lacking in that. So why not take a supplement that provides all of it at once?

I´m reluctant to take a multivitamin due to bad luck I´ve had taking vitamin B. This vitamin stimulates the oil glands, and it made me break out. Removing the Vitamin B (at a doctor´s recommendation) cleared up the continuous breakout, so I know vitamins are not harmless. You need to know what you´re putting into your body.

US:  Update: I’ve seen Möller’s for sale in Portland, Oregon and it is probably available elsewhere. The label was changed to another brand, but the bottle was the same, with the “Möller’” name etched in the glass on the side of the bottle.
